The “20th All India Child Art Competitions 2024” is Organising by Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation.
Eligibilities
The Age limit of participants is 03 to 17 years to participate in the competitions.
Who can Participate
All Children, Kids, School students, art institutes, art Academics, and art lovers are eligible to participate.
Details of Competitions
Colour is an important aspect of life. It depicts human emotions. When different colours are combined it defines different meanings of life. So, with this objective, Nav Shri Art & Culture Organisation and Himanshu Art Institute are going to organise the ’20th All India Child Art Competition 2024‘. NSAC invites all children from all over India, students from various schools, institutes to portray their life goals on the given topic through their creativity. To participate in this contest, the age of participants should be 3 to 17 years. The winners of this competition get cash prizes, trophies, scholarships & award certificates. Along with this, the participation certificate is also provided to all the participants who participate in the competition.
Age Group and Topics
- Group J (03 to 06 Years): Fill Colour on Given Picture
- Group A (07 to 10 Years): A Lovely Day with Motu Patlu
- Group B (11 to 14 Years): My Idol
- Group C (15 to 17 Years): Mere Sapno Ka Bharat
Participants of Group-J (3 to 6 Years) have to colour on the given picture while all other group participants have to paint on the given topic according to their group.
Essential Rules for Artwork
The artwork should be original and recent. It should not be a copy of any painting and the submitted work should be made of its own.
Artwork Size
The artwork must be between a minimum of A4 and maximum of Full Imperial.
Medium to be Used
- You can choose any medium.
- You can use Ivory Sheet, Cartridge Sheet or Canvas for surface.
- Glitter or decoration material cannot be pasted or used in artwork.
Registration Procedure
- Fill the Online Registration Form with all necessary and required details.
- The image of your artwork has to be uploaded at the time of registration.
- There is no participation fee for ‘NSAC Members’ to participate in the 20th All India Child Art Competition 2024.
- Those who do not have NSAC membership will have to Pay a Participation Fee of Rs 200/- to participate in the competition.
- Read all the rules related to the ‘All India Child Art Competition‘ carefully before participating.
- The information given by you should be complete and true
- The last date for submission is December 31st, 2024 (Tuesday).
- Registration can accept through online only.
- You can also apply for Life Time Membership of NSAC
Selection Process
- 40 entries will be shortlisted by the selection committee out of all over entries.
- 10 entries will be shortlisted in each group.
- The winner will be selected from shortlisted entries by the honorable judges.
- The decisions of the selection committee will be final, and no appeal will be entertained.

Declaration of Result
The result will be declared on February, 2nd 2025.
Awards in Each Group
- 1st Prize: 5,100/- + Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers
- 2nd Prize: 2,100/- + Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers
- 3rd Prize: 1,100/- + Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hampers
- Consolation Prizes (3) – Trophy + Award Certificate + Gift Hamper
For Winners
- It is compulsory to submit original artworks of all winners to the organisation committee by the given due date.
- Submit your artwork personally or send through registered mail, courier to the following address: Nav Shri Art & Cuture Organisation: Cottage No.5, Basement, West Patel Nagar, Near Metro Pillar No. 230, New Delhi-110008
- Do not send your artwork in a glass frame by courier or registered mail, it may break on the way.
- While sending the artwork by courier or post, the participants will have to pay the courier or postage charges.
- Winners may not request substitutions of prizes. All winners are solely responsible for any kind of taxes or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred
- Organisation will not responsible for any damage of the painting during courier and no claim shall be entertained.
- It is compulsory to attend the prize distribution function for all the winners, otherwise, the prize will be canceled.
- Participants disqualified at any time for any reason shall have no claim for any “Rewards”.
Participation Certificate
- Participation certificate will be given to all the participants.
- The soft copy of the certificate will be sent to the participants on their registered email
- If any participant wants a hard copy of the participation certificate at their address then they have to pay courier charges
Miscellaneous
- Upon submission of their registration or works, participants acknowledge the validity of the rules & regulations.
- Participants must follow the organiser’s arrangement, Otherwise, the organiser has the right to withdraw the prize eligibility of the participants
- Those who have copied the actions of others will themselves be responsible or accountable.
- The decisions of the selection committee will be final, and no appeal will be taken.
- The competition organisation committee has the ultimate authority to interpret the rules and regulations and has the right to make any changes to them as necessary.
- Any changes to the rules and regulations of the competition will be updated on the organisation’s website www.artNculture.org
- The organisation will not be responsible for any loss of artifacts due to natural calamities like floods, earth quake, etc.
