Compose a Jingle on Health of Youth Wealth of Nation

The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare(MoHFW), Government of India in partnership with PMNCH will be organizing a co-branded event on June 20, 2023, focusing on the health and well-being of dolescents and young people with the theme “Health of Youth; Wealth of Nation”.
To keep the momentum high and going, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in collaboration with MyGov is glad to announce an online competition that will explore the creative instinct of adolescents and youth between 10-24 years of age, and encourage them to portray their ideas on the 4 thematic areas-
A. Mental health issues among adolescents and youth
B. Good Nutrition
C. Prevention of injuries and violence
D. Awareness of Reproductive and Sexual Health
The best entries received from all States/UTs will be reviewed by a National Committee constituted by the Adolescent Health Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in the identified categories selection.
Technical Parameters
Participation is open for adolescents and youth, aged between 10-24 years and residing in India:
• Jingle must be crisp with catchy wording
• Number of lines for jingle lyrics should not exceed 5. Exceeding the defined limit would lead to disqualification.
• Language used for writing lyrics should be Hindi or English in readable font
• Font type – Times New Roman and Font Size- 12. Not adhering to the prescribed Font style will lead to disqualification
• Jingle must be submitted in clear, readable, and downloadable PDF format only.
Gratification
• Best 5 entries would be given a Surprise gift
• All entries would be given an E-Certificate
Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open for the age group of 10-24 years and should be Indian citizens only.
- All entries must be submitted online at www.mygov.in. Entries submitted through any other medium/mode would not be considered for evaluation.
- Entries in English and Hindi are only eligible and must be around the identified themes.
- None of the entries must contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
- A participant can send one entry only. In case it is found that any participant has submitted more than one entry for any category, all the entries will be considered as invalid.
- Please note that the creative entries must be original and should not violate any provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Plagiarism would not be accepted.
- Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. The government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
- Participants are to make sure that their MyGov Profile is accurate and updated since it will be used for further communication.
- MoHFW will have a copyright on the submitted entries for future use on its platform (website, social media, and others) without any interference or permissions.
- No requests relating to claims of re-evaluation of the entries will be considered.
- MoHFW and MyGov reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Competition and/or the Terms & Conditions/Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the cancellation of the Contest, will be updated/ posted on the MyGov platform. It would be the responsibility of the participant to keep himself/herself informed of any changes in the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria stated for this Contest.
- The best entries received will be reviewed by a National Committee constituted at MoHFW. The decision of the committee will be final and binding to all the entries.
- Any dispute or any issue related to this competition would be decided by MoHFW, which will be final and binding.
- Mention of the author’s name /email etc. anywhere in the body of the creative entry will lead to disqualification.
