With the aim to raise awareness about the nutritional and health benefits of millets, and to promote their cultivation and consumption, the United Nations General Assembly, at the behest of the Government of India, declared the year 2023 as the International Year of Millets. The PM of India, Shri Narendra Modi has also shared his vision to make IYM 2023 a ‘People’s Movement’ alongside positioning India as the ‘Global Hub for Millets’. quiz competition

This FSSAI has launched a quiz competition on millets titled “Eat Right Millets Quiz” to mark the celebration of the International Year of Millets, thereby increasing awareness about millets and their health benefits.

मिल्लेट्स यानी श्रीअन्न के पोषण और स्वास्थ्य लाभों के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और उनकी खेती और खपत को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा ने भारत सरकार के आह्वान पर वर्ष 2023 को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिल्लेट वर्ष घोषित किया है। भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारत को ‘मिल्लेट के लिए वैश्विक हब‘ के रूप में स्थापित करने के साथ–साथ अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिल्लेट वर्ष 2023 को ‘जन आंदोलन‘ बनाने के लिए अपना दृष्टिकोण भी साझा किया है।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिल्लेट वर्ष के उत्सव को चिह्नित करने के लिए भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण ने “ईट राइट मिल्लेट्स प्रश्नोत्तरी” शीर्षक से मिल्लेट्स पर एक प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता शुरू की है, जिससे मिल्लेट्स और उनके स्वास्थ्य लाभों के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाई जा सके।

Terms and Conditions | Quiz competition

1. The quiz is being organised by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). / प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक प्राधिकरण द्वारा आयोजित की जा रही है।

2. Access to the quiz will only be through the MyGov platform and no other channel. / प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता में केवल MyGov प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से हिस्सा लिया जा सकेगा, किसी अन्य चैनल के माध्यम से नहीं।

3. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली हुई है।

4. The quiz will begin as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. /जैसे ही प्रतिभागी “प्रश्नोत्तरी शुरू करें” बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे, प्रतियोगिता शुरू हो जाएगी

5. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 5 minutes (300 seconds) / यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर 5 मिनट (300 सेकंड) में दिया जाना है

6. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct answer / क्विज में प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय प्रारूप में है और इसका केवल एक ही सही उत्तर है।

7. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and for receiving promotional content. / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता प्रदान करना होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप क्विज़ के उद्देश्य से और प्रचार सामग्री के लिए इन विवरणों के उपयोग की सहमति देंगे।

8. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. /एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद एक प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती है।

9. On successful completion, each participant will be awarded an e-certificate recognizing their participation and completion. / सफल समापन पर, प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को उनकी भागीदारी और पूर्णता को मान्यता देते हुए एक ई-प्रमाण पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

10. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. 11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।

12. Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या शामिल होने को अयोग्य ठहराने या अस्वीकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं, जो क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक लगेंगे। यदि आयोजकों को दी गई जानकारी अस्पष्ट, अधूरी, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत है तो पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।

13. Organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same./ प्रश्नोत्तरी पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

14. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above./प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित नियमों और शर्तों को स्वीकार करता है और अपनी सहमति प्रदान करता है।
